889 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing use of the 889 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using the 889 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering or using any part of the 889 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement.
Use of the 889 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- Be a resident of Malaysia or have lawful access to this platform from your current location.
- Not prohibited by any local laws or regulations from using such services.
- Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
The 889 platform reserves the right to request verification of user eligibility at any time. Failure to meet any of the above requirements may result in the account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 889 platform. Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in the account being closed and the credit balance frozen pending investigation. The registered bank account name must match the name of the registered user.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. The 889 platform will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support immediately. Any losses resulting from a security lapse on the user's part are the user's own responsibility.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 889 platform for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt platform operations, or to harm other users. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions against:
- Attempting to hack, bypass, or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Using automated software (bots) or scripts to conduct betting activity.
- Coordinating across multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse or collusion).
- Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions conducted through the platform account.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the 889 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly. Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, local bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. The latest list of available payment methods can be found in the deposit section of your account.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is subject to change. Funds are typically credited to your account shortly after payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.
Withdrawal: Users may submit withdrawal requests subject to minimum limits and identity verification requirements being met. The bank account name must match the registered name on 889. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the user's account verification status. The 889 platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes without prior notice.
Bonuses & Promotions: Every bonus or promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements and a validity period. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Detailed terms for each promotion are displayed alongside the respective offer.
4. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

The 889 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or at the user's own request. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid credit balance will be returned upon completion of review, provided there are no disputed transactions.
Platform Liability Limits
The 889 platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes losses due to temporary technical disruptions, damage to the user's device, or errors in information provided by third parties. 889's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 889 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 889 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 889.
The 889 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment service providers. 889 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 889 platform reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 889 platform shall be resolved through the platform's established procedures, and if necessary, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
